Very professional. Asked me the specs of what the college was needing and gave me options that fit for that. The 1st computer i looked at was not going to work for what I was looking for, he showed me another one that was perfect. He made sure to show me that everything worked and let me try it. The volume did not work so he quickly fixed it and tested it. Great to deal with I will be back to buy another one.
